Our System Manager features a system switch selection which enables you to set-up and customize WOODPRO 2000 to your specific requirements. As your business' needs or circumstances change, you are not restricted to running your business the way the computer operates. Instead, by changing the desired switches you can change the system to run the way you want it to. The System Manager can also be configured to provide management with a higher level of internal control. At present, there are over 500 system switch selections. Some of the features include: Lookup Screens. Without leaving your current file, you can look up data from another file and import it into the current file. Help screens. Immediately accessible on every field, these help screens contain information relevant to the current field. Personalized Menus. Each user can have a menu personalized to their own requirements which can be accessed anywhere in the system. Management Functions. Management has secure access to a series of files which determine the overall structure of operations within the system. User Activity Logs. Detailed information regarding each user's activity on the system is readily available to management. System Security. Management can determine security levels for users, which menu selections can be accessed, and whether that access is unlimited or inquiry only. System Switches. This powerful feature enables users to customize many aspects of the software to their specific needs. |
